RULES & REGULATIONS :Latest Update : November 2000 A. Members are required to contribute a non-refundable initial payment of RM 150 to the Club Pool. This will be kept for future activities for the Club. Decision on the expenditure of this Club Pool shall be the decision of the majority of members. Whenever necessary, members may be required to contribute additional funds as required by the Management committee for a specified purpose. B. The Club shall meet on the last Wednesday of the month on the venue decided by the Management Committee and members will be duly informed via e-mail / fax / phone call one week ahead. C. The Rules & Regulations are not exhaustive and will be amended as and when necessary based on the feedback of the majority D. Members are required to pay an Annual Subscription Fee of RM100.00 per annum. Thereafter, members will pay a Monthly Subscription Fee of RM20.00 per month. E. The maximum allowable members at any time shall be at 35 only. F. Members who are absent for more than 3 consecutive months shall have their membership reviewed by the General Committee. All appeals Must be directed to the General Committee as to why the member's absence from the monthly Competition. Decision by the General Committee on the membership status shall be final. COMPETITION1. Members will be informed by the Organiser at least 1 week ahead on the Time and Venue of the Competition for the month. Members who DO NOT wish to participate for the month Competition must inform the Organiser by last Monday of month, otherwise assumed participating and the penalties recorded accordingly. 2. Expenses and prizes will be borne by Playing Members who will contribute to a Competition Fund on a quantum as decided by the Organiser of the day. 3. The Treasurer/Organiser shall collect from Playing Members the fees for the Competition Fund of between RM120.00 - RM150.00 which shall be used for maintaining the expenses during the Competition for that month. 4. Members are NOT ALLOWED to bring any guests to any Competition. Only the Committee will have right to invite Guests for specified purpose. 5. Winners are decided by the Stableford Points system and prizes are awarded for Champion , 1st Runner-up , and 2nd Runner-up only. 6. Competition Prizes will be as follows : Champion RM200.00 1st Runner-up RM150.00 2nd Runner-up RM100.00 7. Stroke Revision Champion less 2 strokes 1st Runner-up less 1 stroke 2nd Runner-up less 1 stroke 8. For those who are penalised under " below Stableford Points average " for two consecutive competitions( without being absent) they are allowed to add one stroke to their handicap for the subsequent competition up to max. 24 only. 9. Member who score a HOLE-IN-ONE during any of the monthly competition will receive from the Club Pool an amount of RM1,500.00 as prize. In event there are more than 1 winner for this prize during the same monthly competition, winners will share the RM1,500.00 prize money. PENALTIESAll FINES collected for the Competition shall be for the Club Pool and not Competition Fund 1. Confirm but Absent ( NO EXCUSES ) RM 50.00 2. Stableford Points BELOW Competition Average RM 10.00 3. Late - comers RM 20.00 (effective 30 minutes before tee-off time)
